Virtual Arts

Virtual Arts This Season

Well, it’s not really the Arts season in the county right now, which is fine since we have many locations closed or limited because of COVID-19. But that doesn’t mean you can’t appreciate what the county has to offer in the way of Arts anyway. Many museums and Arts venues are running virtual tours and shows online. Let’s highlight a few locations doing this right now.

Flagler Museum in Palm Beach has a virtual tour that will take you through the museum’s rooms on the first and second floors as well as a tour of the Pavillion. Also, available are videos of musical acts that were supposed to be there this year for their in-house concert series. To view and take their tour, visit FlaglerMuseum.us.

In West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Dramaworks has “virtual play readings” every Monday evening at 7:00 pm (until further notice). Go to their website and click on to reserve your space. Here is a way to take in show and relax at home. To see more, go to their site at PalmBeachDramaworks.org.

And to stay in the know for all Arts & Cultural happenings, visit the Palm Beach Cultural Council website. Here you will find virtual Arts, any potential opening Arts venues and updates on the Arts in county. To stay up-to-date and see the county’s Arts news, go to PalmBeachCulture.com.

So, you stay safe and try to take in a virtual art tour or show this season!
