Gamble The Night Away!

If you travel south of Palm Beach County, you will notice billboards for multiple casinos in South Florida. Down here you will find such fun casino venues as Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood, Seminole Coconut Creek, Seminole Casino Immokalee, Isle Casino Pompano Park, Miccosukee Resort & Gaming, Gulfstream Park, Calder Casino, and Seminole Casino Brighton to name just a few. If you are a novice player or a pro certain rules of courtesy should be applied.

SLOT MACHINES

– Always be prepared before you choose a seat in front of a machine; have your cash, player card and anything else you may need while playing so you don’t have to get up.
– Should you be allowed to smoke at the casino, be courteous and keep your ashtray on your machine (or beside it) and don’t ever blow smoke in another player’s direction.
– Place your drink next to your machine or hold it while you play. Fallen drinks on machines can cause a slot machine to malfunction. And never leave your drink on the machine once you’ve finished.
– Sometimes people will play more than one slot at a time. If the casino is extremely crowded, please allow others to use one of your slots. Also, should you need to leave your machine, ask someone to watch your machine and then lean your chair forward.
– The “attendant” or “help” button is very useful in a busy casino. Should your slot machine malfunction or you have won a very large jackpot, hit the “help” button and wait there for someone to come to your aid.

CARD TABLES

– Before sitting down at a table, ask the group first if they will allow you to join that hand.
– An open seat doesn’t mean that seat is available to sit and play. Some games allow players to use up to three spots (Pai Gow and Blackjack to name a couple).
– Be sure you know the minimum and maximum of the table before you start to play.
– Try not to curse or use foul language at the table. It is very disrespectful to the dealer and the other players.
– Should you win big, you might want to tip the dealer, as it is proper etiquette. But tipping is always optional.

Here’s hoping you win big and enjoy your casino adventure! $$$
